Gifted access is granted to a specific email address and announced with an email from StudyHaul. What happens next depends on whether that address already has an account.
- If you already have a StudyHaul account under that email, the gifted access is active immediately. Sign in and it's on your dashboard.
- If you don't have an account yet, create one with the exact email the gift was sent to. The gift attaches automatically at signup.
Gifted access runs as a trial license for the specific exam it was granted for, currently 30 days from the grant. The gift itself doesn't expire while waiting to be claimed, but the clock starts when the access is granted, so claim it promptly.
Signed up with a different email?
The gift can only attach to the address it was sent to. If you accidentally created your account under another email, send a help request from Settings in the account you did create and include the address the gift was sent to.
