You can delete your account yourself from Settings. Scroll to the Danger Zone card, choose Delete Account, and type your account email to confirm. Deletion removes your study data and your sign-in identity, and signs you out.
- Personal data is removed within 30 days, except records the law requires keeping, such as payment transactions.
- No refund is issued for unused license time on a voluntarily deleted account, so use or request eligible refunds first.
- Deletion is permanent. Score reports and study history can't be restored afterward.
If deletion reports a partial result
In rare cases the app deletes your data but can't remove the sign-in identity in the same pass. If you see a message saying the account was partially deleted, contact StudyHaul and it will be finished manually.
