Your state board of pharmacy decides which exams you need, and the answer depends on your jurisdiction and whether you're a new graduate or transferring a license. Most candidates need NAPLEX plus a law exam, and the law exam varies by state.
- NAPLEX is the national clinical exam nearly every US candidate takes.
